These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you (or the organisation you represent) and TRAINLYTIC PTE. LTD. ("Trainlytic", "we", "us"), the entity that operates and bills the subscription products described below. By creating an account, starting a free trial, subscribing to a paid plan, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services. If you accept on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.
The Services are provided by TRAINLYTIC PTE. LTD., a private limited company incorporated in Singapore (registered office: [registered address — to be added before launch]; UEN: [to be added before launch]). You can reach us at service@trainlytic.ai. These Terms apply to every subscription product we offer under this entity, including Vivi and any products we add later. The specific features, plan name and price of the product you choose are shown at checkout and in your order confirmation.
"Services" means the Trainlytic subscription products, websites, applications and related services you access under your plan. We continually improve the Services and may add, change or remove features. If we make a material change that significantly reduces the core functionality of a paid plan, we will give you reasonable notice.
The Services are intended for business use by users aged 18 or older. You agree to provide accurate account and billing information and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Notify us promptly at service@trainlytic.ai if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.
Some plans offer a free trial. The trial length is shown at checkout. Your free trial automatically converts into a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before it ends. When it converts, we charge the payment method on file using the price, currency and billing interval shown at checkout. We may limit trials to one per customer, and may modify or withdraw a trial offer at any time before you enrol.
Automatic renewal. Subscriptions are recurring. Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period — monthly or annually, as selected at checkout — and we automatically charge your payment method for each new period, until you cancel. By subscribing, you authorise these recurring charges.
Amount, currency & billing cycle. The amount charged, the currency, and the length of each billing cycle are those shown at checkout for the plan you select, and are restated in your order confirmation email. We may change subscription prices; any change applies only to future billing periods, and we will give you advance notice.
First charge. For a paid plan with no trial, your first charge is made when you subscribe. For a plan with a free trial, your first charge is made on the day your free trial ends. Each later charge is made at the start of the renewal period.
Taxes & failed payments. Prices may be exclusive of applicable taxes, which we add where required. If a charge fails, we may retry it and may suspend or downgrade your access until payment succeeds.
You can cancel your subscription at any time, and cancelling is quick. Sign in to your product account and open Settings → Subscription (or Billing), then select Cancel subscription — no more than two steps. Your cancellation stops the next automatic renewal; you keep access to paid features until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. If you have any trouble cancelling, email us at service@trainlytic.ai and we will help.
Except where a refund is required by law, payments are non-refundable, and we do not provide refunds or credits for the current billing period, for partial billing periods, or for time you did not use. When you cancel, you will not be charged for any future period, and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
You agree not to misuse the Services: no unlawful, infringing, harmful or abusive activity; no attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the Services; and no use that violates applicable laws or the rights of others. We may suspend access that breaches this section.
Our handling of personal information for this website and your account is described in our Privacy Policy. Where the Services process data on behalf of your business, that processing may also be governed by a separate agreement between us.
We and our licensors own the Services and all related intellectual property. Subject to these Terms and your active subscription, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services for your internal business purposes. You retain ownership of the content and data you provide.
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us for the Services in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
You may stop using the Services and cancel at any time as described above. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, or use the Services in a way that risks harm to us or others. On termination, your right to use the Services ends, subject to any data-export rights set out in a separate agreement.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the date above and, for material changes, take reasonable steps to notify you. Your continued use of the Services after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, except where mandatory local consumer law gives you additional rights.
